Brewers Notes
In attempting to recreate this recipe we missed severla key elements. Failing to crush the grains enough, accurately track temperature, and cool the product in the manner that was called for produced a product that was low in original gravity. We have yet to taste this product. At the time we were supposed to take it from primary to secondary fermentation, we decided since it was already messed up, we should experiment and add additional extract and a secondary batch of yeast. This should be interesting to taste come bottling and aging.
Bottling
Bottling directions to be updated later.
Brewer's Notes
Currently on primary fermentation. Possible redo this weekend due to very low original gravity. Will add details after bottling and aging. Need a name for this one.
