Kolsch Bot?

Originally the Brewers Best Kolsch Kit (http://www.brewersbestkits.com/pdf/1015_Kolsch.pdf)Original Gravity: 1.042-1.046
Final Gravity: 1.010-1.013
3.3 lbs. - Pilsen Liquid Malt Extract2 lbs - Wheat Dried Malt Extract12 oz. - Carapils
2 oz. Bittering Hops1 oz. Aroma Hops1 Pack - Sachet Yeast
5 oz. Priming Sugar (Debating using DME instead)  

Brewing

Bring 2.5 gallans of water to a boil.
Pour crushed grains into grain bag, tie bag, and steep at 150-165F for 20 mins.
Remove bag and drain liquid back into the pot.
Bring pot back to a boil.
Add 3.3 lb of the Pilsen Liquid Malt Extract and stir.
Add bittering hops and boil for 40 mins.
Add 2 lbs of Wheat Dried Malt Extract and boil for 5 mins.
Add aroma hops and boil for 10 mins and then stop the boil.
Cool the wart and transfer into fermenter.
Add enough cool water to equal 5 gallons.
Add yeast when cooled to 64-72F.

Bottling

Wait 4-6 days, prime and bottle for two weeks.

Currently fermenting.  Will add details after bottling and aging.  Need a name for this one.
